Healing (veggie) broth

A magical tonic to sip on throughout the day, at nighttime, or whenever your body is craving nourishment. Super easy to make, just toss all the ingredients below into a crock pot and let it simmer for hours! I usually add in the morning, and remove from the crock pot and store at the end of the day.

INGREDIENTS

carrots
celery
mushrooms — any kind!
ginger
turmeric
red onion
garlic
nutritional yeast
salt
pepper
rosemary
sage
thyme
coconut oil
