Clean Living Guide

Are you ready to build a non-toxic lifestyle and home?

I’ve created a PDF to help guide you, or perhaps you have already been on your journey and are looking to see what other options are out there. This guide is an 11-page PDF with an overview of different areas of the home that can be edited with cleaner options. (scroll down and click button for quick PDF download).

So, why did I create this?

I’ve spent countless hours researching, reading, listening to podcasts, collecting data and testing products through trial & error. I’m not here to tell you what to do, but I feel a deep calling to share my resources, my tools, my favorite products with you - as a mother who wants other mothers to have resources to build out a healthy home for our children. I’ve been editing the products that affect the quality of our home’s health, as well as my makeup and skincare routine, and what my family consumes daily.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, you’re not alone. Here’s how to tackle this:

I wrote this with my mom, sister and friends in mind. Knowing that it can be overwhelming with all the information out there. Just know, this is not something you can do overnight. It takes time, brick by brick, because non-toxic and clean updates can be more costly = higher quality. There’s also a lot of updates to be made, so don’t stress - take your time with making the changes. I’ve broken this document up into different sections - ‘In the kitchen’, ‘Around the house’ and ‘Personal Care Products’ to help tackle them one by one.

I suggest starting with one area, for example - cleaning products - or get even more micro - cleaning products in the kitchen. Then just tackle the kitchen little by little. Then move onto the next area.
