Toddler Multivitamin Gummies: elderberry edition
Since weaning my daughter, i’ve been on the hunt for a multi-vitamin without artificial sugar, natural flavors, and corn syrup sweeteners found in many supplements. I’ve done my due diligence of trying out plenty of the brands that offer decent quality vitamins, but when it comes down to it, we are the ones we can really quality control by creating them ourselves.
Consistency. I’ve tried making gummies before and this recipe is by far the best in terms of gummy consistency. In the past when I’ve tried making them they turned out more jello-like. These past the haribo test. So far, i’ve only tried using my homemade elderberry syrup as the base (I had made WAY too much of it and this was the perfect way to utilize it with ADDED benefits!).
